The upper floor hosts 4 additional double bedrooms, bringing the total to 5 bedrooms throughout the property. The 2 bathrooms are located on the upper floor and each features a shower, complemented by a separate WC on the same level. The chalet is furnished with comfortable wooden furniture throughout, reflecting a warm and inviting alpine character.

This property operates on a non-smokers only basis, and guests are kindly asked to respect this house rule throughout their stay. A smoke alarm is installed on the premises for the safety of all occupants. The maximum occupancy of 10 persons includes any infant sleeping in the cot. If you require the use of the children's cot, please ensure you reserve it at the time of booking, and note that you will need to bring your own bed linen for the cot. Guests are also reminded that towels are provided as an initial supply under the own arrangement terms.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
