The kitchen is fitted with 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a bar area. The bathroom is complemented by a separate WC, ensuring added convenience for guests.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
