On the ground floor, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a spacious living and dining room, complete with a dining table, a flat-screen satellite TV, a hi-fi system, a DVD player, and a heating stove. From the living area, you have direct access to the garden. A luggage room is also available on this level for your convenience. An alcove on the ground floor features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering an open-plan sleeping area rather than an enclosed bedroom. The fully equipped open kitchen is adjacent to the living space and benefits from floor heating throughout the ground floor. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, you will find 2 private rooms: 1 room furnished with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds. A bathroom with WC serves the upper floor. The property also features a terrace and a large garden of 400 m2, with terrace furniture provided for your outdoor enjoyment. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, specifically the alcove, are situated in open-plan spaces rather than fully enclosed rooms.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
