"Wiringhervilla 4" is a charming 3-room vacation rental of 125 m2, thoughtfully designed with sloping ceilings and a blend of comfortable and stylish furnishings throughout. The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a spacious living and dining room, complete with a dining table, a flat-screen satellite TV, a hi-fi system, a DVD player, and a heating stove. From the living area, you have direct access to the garden. A luggage room is also available on this level for your convenience. An alcove on the ground floor features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering an open-plan sleeping area rather than an enclosed bedroom. The fully equipped open kitchen is adjacent to the living space and benefits from floor heating throughout the ground floor. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, you will find 2 private rooms: 1 room furnished with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds. A bathroom with WC serves the upper floor. The property also features a terrace and a large garden of 400 m2, with terrace furniture provided for your outdoor enjoyment. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, specifically the alcove, are situated in open-plan spaces rather than fully enclosed rooms.

This property operates as a strictly non-smoking house, and guests are kindly asked to respect this rule throughout their stay. A maximum of 2 pets or dogs are permitted on the premises. For the safety of all guests, a smoke alarm is installed within the property. Parking is available directly at the house at no additional inconvenience. The hot tub located in the garden is available for use at an extra cost, and guests wishing to make use of this facility should arrange accordingly. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
