In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Nous avons aimé, la localisation près de la plage et des commerces,le calme,l espace de la maison:salle à
manger,chambres,terrasse,la grande table. Literie confortable. Le lave vaisselle et l eau chaude pour tous. L 'accueil du petit chien ss pb.
Nous avons moins aimé :la vaisselle à relaver,le manque de grands plats et de couteaux qui coupent,la douche très étroite (costaud s'abstenir).L ensemble reste vieillot et aurait besoin d un bon coup de peinture. Faire attention dans la cour,les racines de l arbre ont déchaussé les dalles en pierre.
Le parking ne se fait que sur la rue et les places sont rares. Enfin, il n y a pas de télévision pour les fans de sports..
Mais le week-end un peu venteux a été sympa.
