On the main level, you will find a bright and inviting living and dining area furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 130 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a flexible sleeping solution for additional guests. From this level, you have direct access to a private terrace of 6 m2, equipped with terrace furniture, perfect for outdoor relaxation. The kitchenette is fully equipped for your culinary needs, featuring 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom on this level includes a shower and a separate WC.

Accessed via a steep staircase, the upper floor opens into an open gallery with charming sloping ceilings, where 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, are arranged to accommodate additional guests. Please be aware that, instead of an enclosed bedroom, this sleeping area is located in an open-plan gallery space.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
