The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A large south-west facing terrace of 20 m2 extends the living space outdoors, complete with terrace furniture and offering beautiful views of the garden and the surrounding countryside.

The property is reserved for non-smokers only, and this rule applies strictly throughout the entire apartment. A smoke alarm is installed on the premises for the safety of all guests. A garage space numbered 90 is available for 1 car, with a height clearance of 220 cm and a width of 250 cm. WiFi internet access is available within the apartment and is provided as an extra service subject to an additional charge. The apartment is situated on the courtyard side of the building.

- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
