This charming vacation rental is a 4-room apartment spanning 110 m2, situated on the top floor and welcoming up to 6 guests across its 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The apartment features partly sloping ceilings that lend it a particularly cosy atmosphere, complemented throughout by warm wooden furniture and furnishings. Upon entering, you are greeted by a large entrance hall that sets the tone for the rest of the space. The 3 double bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests. The kitchen and living room form a generous open space equipped with a dining table, creating an ideal setting for shared meals and relaxed evenings together. The bathroom consists of a shower and a separate WC. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
