A large open office of 30 m2 provides additional flexible space. Also on this level, there is 1 small room containing 1 single bed (80 cm) and 1 double bed (140 cm). The large kitchen is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, and includes a dining table for shared meals. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor.

On the upper floor, the sleeping accommodation is distributed across 4 rooms. The first is a large room with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 208 cm in length.
