Property Description
Three charming units situated on a large 10-hectare estate owned by an internationally renowned Italian sculptor (who leaves on the premises in a prestigious Florentine house dating back to the XVI century). Most of the owner’s work of arts are exhibited in the park surrounding the property creating a beautiful open-air museum. This property is approx. 500 m away from the village of Monteverdi Marittima that is accessible via a small road running along the estate. All of the apartments have been carefully restored with a large use of travertine, the owner’s favorite material, and are simply furnished with some ancient pieces, artistic ceramics and owner’s decorations in every room. This property comprises 8 units, a large pool and a charming covered pool with a nice solarium terrace. Additional bedrooms are available for rent (upon request) in the main house.
In a 1-hour drive there are many charming towns and villages such as Volterra, the medieval village of Bolgheri (renowned for the production of excellent wines), the “Oasi of Bolgheri” (a natural preserve) as well as the beautiful beaches of the Etruscan coastline (Marina di Cecina, Marina di Bibbona and Marina di Castagneto).

The whole area of LeSculture is gorgeous and beautiful.We stayed in an apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.The only issues we had was with a bed, but it was quickly replaced and a little bit with the heating system. Overall good experience:) Huge plus for the outdoor heated swimming pool ????

Eine sehr schöne Anlage. Einfach nur malerisch schön. Toscana wie sie wirklich ist.Pool groß genug. Schon das Tor vermittelt eine Ambiente der Romantik. Die durch die Skulpturen weitläufig schöne Garten weckt alle Sinne Steinhauerkunst. Wohnraum groß genug, Betten eher dürftig, Sauberkeit hält sich in den "italienischen" Rahmen. Nah zum Meer und sehr viele anderen sehr schönen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Very beautiful place to get rest and to make sure that you are on vacation, to remove you thoughts from work. Very nice little villages nearby to enjoy the delicious things from Tuscany. Central located to see for example Pisa, Siena and Livorno. Overall an excellent vacation!

We had a wonderfull time. Couldn't ask for better service, better surroundings, better pool and location to the pool, village. The area is private and not overrun. We can highly recommend the dinner at Mari's. We didn't take breakfast except once and that too can only be highly recommended. Mari and her staff did their outmost to accommodate any wish we had. We clearly had (for us) the best house, as we were close to the pool but at the end of the row of houses. So privacy, view to the surrounding areas and a large area for our 1 yr old to run around at (around the house there is a perfect terrace that a 1 yr old can enjoy). Only comment is that there is a large opening/hole under the stairs up the backside, that should be closed or somehow secured as any younger child find this very interesting and a fall would be pretty bad.

Prachtige woning,veel in marmer uitgevoerd wat een luxe uitstraling geeft en koel aandoet. Vóór het terras zou een echt gazonnetje wel mooi zijn geweest.Prachtige zwembaden,bijzondere ligging in groot park met beelden.Nadeel: geluidsoverlast van de buren, in ons geval een gezin met drie kleine kinderen.Ligging: mooi maaer geïsoleerd.

Beautiful pools, particular position in a large park with statues. Drawback: noise from the neighbors, in our case a family with three small kinderen.
