Adjacent to the living area, a fully equipped kitchenette offers everything needed for preparing meals at home. A shower room with WC is also conveniently located on this floor. On the upper floor, the first bedroom measures 9 m2 and features sloping ceilings along with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom measures 7 m2, also with sloping ceilings, and is furnished with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A separate WC is additionally available on this floor. The property also benefits from a private terrace, furnished with outdoor terrace furniture for your enjoyment.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Das Haus selbst war in Ordnung. Zu beanstanden hätte ich die Sauberkeit ( Dunstabzugshaube war leider voll Fett), im Badezimmer die Beleuchtung recht dunkel, und Kochutensilien ( leider nur 1 großer Topf mit Griff, mehrere Töpfe? ohne Griffe, zwar 3 Pfannen allerdings war nur eine Nutzbar da bei den anderen beiden die Teflon Beschichtung zerkratzt war , und nur ein Kochlöffel).Ansonsten reicht alles für einen Urlaub.

The house itself was ok. I complain about the cleanliness (hood was unfortunately full of fat), in the bathroom the lighting was quite dark, and cooking utensils (unfortunately only 1 large pot with handle, several pots without handles, although 3 pans, however, only one was usable because the Teflon coating was scratched in both others, and only a wooden spoon). Otherwise the rest was sufficient for a holiday.
