A well-equipped kitchenette is also located on this level, alongside a separate WC. On the upper floor, the first bedroom measures 15 m2 and features 1 double bed measuring 2 x 100 cm with a length of 200 cm. The second bedroom, also 15 m2, is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a satellite TV with flat screen. A shower and WC serve both bedrooms on this floor.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
