Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a bright living and dining room, where a sofabed measuring 120 cm in width and 180 cm in length provides a comfortable sleeping option. This convivial space is equipped with a flat screen television and opens directly onto a west-facing terrace. A small sleeping alcove, situated within the open-plan area, contains 1 bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second sleeping area is a dedicated room featuring a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with its own access to the terrace. It is important to note that some sleeping areas, including the alcove, are located in open-plan spaces rather than enclosed rooms. The apartment also includes an open kitchen and a combined bathroom with WC. From the property, you can enjoy a side view of the sea.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
