This villa is situated in panoramic location only 12 km from Florence away. The villa has been carefully restored preserving its ancient charm and turned into a welcoming, spacious country house offering beautiful interiors furnished with antique pieces. The outside areas provides a large park with private pool and wonderful views over Florence and the surrounding vineyards and olive groves.
On the 4th floor of the villa there is a bedroom with bathroom occupied by the property caretaker (who guarantees max. privacy to the guests of the villa).
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.

Beautiful house and garden, in Chianti region.
Only 15km from Florence, it worked ideally for us. With little children, we wanted the countryside feeling, and yet we also wanted the chance to get to Firenze/Fiesole easily.
Owner is very nice and helpful.
Only two suggestions:
- clarify all house costs in advance (cleaning, waiters, etc)
- beware that it can be very hot in August! in our case, 35 C (or 95F) was typical at daytime.
