The living and dining room forms the heart of the apartment, featuring an open-hearth fireplace and direct access to a generous balcony of 24 m2 oriented toward both the south and west, offering a marvellous view of the mountains and the Eiger. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and includes a private shower and WC. The second bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A separate bath and WC serves as the second bathroom. The apartment is finished with elegant parquet floors and natural stone floors throughout, and benefits from underfloor heating for year-round comfort. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and connects seamlessly to the rest of the apartment. The large balcony, accessible from the living area, is furnished with outdoor furniture and faces both south and west, providing exceptional light and panoramic alpine scenery throughout the day.
