The living room opens directly onto a south-east facing terrace. Adjacent to the living area, an open kitchen is fully equipped and connects to a dining table, with a separate exit to a south-west facing terrace. A separate WC is also located on this level.
The lower ground floor houses 2 of the 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom on this floor features 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a TV and video unit. This floor is served by a shower room with shower and WC.
The upper floor contains the remaining 2 bedrooms along with a luggage room and a dressing room.
