The property features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms distributed across multiple floors, offering generous space for families or groups seeking a warm and inviting retreat with beautiful views of the countryside and the resort.

On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads into a spacious living and dining area, complemented by an open dining room and a well-equipped kitchen and living room. The ground floor also includes 1 bedroom furnished with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, as well as a shower room, a shower with WC, and a separate WC.

On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available, each configured with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, and both offering access to an 18 m2 balcony from which guests can enjoy sweeping views of the surrounding countryside and the resort. A further double bedroom is also located on this floor, served by a dedicated shower room. Please note that there is a small apartment in the attic, which is only accessible through the neighbouring house and does not form part of this property.
