The large double bedroom of 20 m2 features 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, and includes a private bathroom with a bath, shower, and WC, as well as direct access to the patio. The second double bedroom of 11 m2 is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 1 x 160 cm with a length of 200 cm. A separate WC serves as an additional facility for guests. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
