The fully equipped open kitchen of 15 m2 is also located on this level, alongside a shower room with WC. On the upper floor, an open gallery with access to the balcony connects the remaining sleeping areas. A room of 13 m2 contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm. A further room of 13 m2 offers 1 french bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm and 1 additional sleeping facility measuring 90 cm by 200 cm. A room of 16 m2 is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, and a final room of 13 m2 features 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm. A bath with WC completes the upper floor. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
