A further room of 13 m2 on this level offers 1 french bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm alongside 2 additional sleeping facilities of the same dimensions. The open kitchen of 15 m2 is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities.

The upper floor features an open gallery with access to the balcony. Here you will find 4 additional rooms: 1 room of 13 m2 with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, 1 room of 13 m2 with 1 french bed of 140 cm by 200 cm and 1 additional sleeping facility of 90 cm by 200 cm, 1 room of 16 m2 with 1 double bed of 180 cm by 200 cm, and 1 room of 13 m2 with 2 beds each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm.
