The upper floor hosts the main living and dining area, which includes a cosy dining nook as well as an open kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this floor, and direct access to the balcony allows you to enjoy the surrounding scenery from a private outdoor space. 2 double bedrooms are situated on this same level, providing comfortable and well-furnished accommodation with tasteful wooden furnishings throughout. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
