Built in 2007 and spanning approximately 120 square metres, the property is positioned in a calm residential area with beautiful views towards Zweisimmen, making it an ideal base for both summer hiking and winter skiing adventures. The chalet accommodates guests across 4 well-appointed bedrooms: 2 bedrooms each furnished with a double bed measuring 2x90x200cm and a wardrobe, 1 bedroom with 2 pushed-together single beds measuring 2x100x200cm, and 1 bedroom with a single bed measuring 100x200cm and a wardrobe. The 2 bathrooms are each equipped with a shower and WC. The welcoming living room features a sofa, a Swedish oven, a TV, a telephone, and internet access via WiFi, ensuring that guests remain connected and comfortable throughout their stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a steamer, a dishwasher, an induction stove, a refrigerator, a freezer located on the basement floor, a bean-to-cup coffee machine, and a fondue-raclette set, providing everything needed for a complete self-catering experience. Additional practical spaces include a store room for shoes and clothes as well as a dedicated store room for ski equipment. A baby cot measuring 60x125cm, complete with bed linen, and a highchair are also available for families travelling with young children. The inclusive package covers heating, electricity, hot water, WiFi, use of the washing machine and tumble dryer, the baby bed with bed linen, the highchair, the ski store room, bed linen, an initial supply of bathroom and kitchen towels, final cleaning, and the visitor's tax.

During the winter season, the use of a 4-wheel drive vehicle or snow chains is recommended to navigate the local roads safely.

Other Information

The laundry facilities, including a washing machine and tumble dryer, are located on the basement floor and are available for guest use throughout the stay. Telephone access is available in the living room, though telephone fees are not included in the rental price and will be charged separately. A deposit is required upon arrival and must be paid directly in cash to the keyholder at the time of check-in. Pets are not permitted at this property. Upon arrival, guests are kindly asked to follow the direction sign marked "Fang" in order to locate the property correctly.
