A separate WC is also located on this level. The living area opens onto a south-facing balcony, offering wonderful natural light throughout the day. On the lower ground floor, you will find 3 bedrooms in total. 2 of these rooms each contain 2 single beds measuring 100 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the terrace.
