Situated on the ground floor of a multi-apartment chalet built in 1988, the property spans 24 square metres and accommodates a maximum of 3 persons, whether adults or children. The living and bedroom area is thoughtfully arranged with a dining table and 4 chairs, 2 armchairs, 2 single beds measuring 90x200cm, and 1 folding bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Entertainment is well catered for with satellite TV, a video recorder, a stereo system, and a game paddle. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a cooking stove with 4 hot plates, a filter coffee machine, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven. The bathroom features a shower and toilet. A baby cot measuring 65x125cm, including bed linen, is available upon request. The rental price includes electricity, heating, water, garage access, kitchen and bathroom towels, an initial supply of bed linen, final cleaning, and visitor's tax.

Guests have access to a shared laundry room located in the basement of the chalet, equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer available for common use against an extra payment of CHF 2.00 per wash. The baby cot measuring 65x125cm, including bed linen, is available for an additional charge of CHF 5.00 per stay. Telephone calls are not included in the rental price and are considered an extra cost, as are coffee filters. Please be aware that the maximum occupancy of 3 persons cannot be exceeded, regardless of whether guests are adults or children. Pets are not permitted at this property.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
