The living and bedroom area is thoughtfully arranged with a dining table and 4 chairs, 2 armchairs, 2 single beds measuring 90x200cm, and 1 folding bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Entertainment is well catered for with satellite TV, a video recorder, a stereo system, and a game paddle. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a cooking stove with 4 hot plates, a filter coffee machine, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven. The bathroom features a shower and toilet. A baby cot measuring 65x125cm, including bed linen, is available upon request. The rental price includes electricity, heating, water, garage access, kitchen and bathroom towels, an initial supply of bed linen, final cleaning, and visitor's tax.

Telephone calls are not included in the rental price and are considered an extra cost, as are coffee filters. Please be aware that the maximum occupancy of 3 persons cannot be exceeded, regardless of whether guests are adults or children. Pets are not permitted at this property.
