The living and dining area is furnished with a dining table and provides access to cable TV and a video recorder, as well as a telephone. The fully equipped kitchen includes a bar, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, and a fondue-raclette set, making it a welcoming space for both casual meals and convivial evenings. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and toilet. A baby cot measuring 60x120cm, including bed linen, and a highchair are available upon request. Staying connected is effortless thanks to the included WiFi, ensuring you remain online throughout your stay. The apartment is strictly non-smoking.

The rental price includes electricity, heating, water, use of the washing machine and tumble dryer, the highchair, kitchen and bathroom towels, an initial supply of bed linen, a final cleaning service, and the local visitor's tax. Telephone calls and Nespresso capsules are not included and will be charged separately. The baby cot, including its bed linen, is available as an optional extra at an additional cost of CHF 10.00 per stay. Pets are not permitted in the apartment.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
