The well-equipped living room invites you to unwind on the sofa, enjoy entertainment via a 55-inch TV with DVD player and radio/CD player, and gather around the dining area, which comfortably seats 8 persons. Seamless connectivity is ensured throughout your stay thanks to included WiFi. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, a pure coffee machine, and a fondue-raclette set, along with a bar table accommodating 3 persons. The apartment features 3 bedrooms in total: 1 bedroom with a kingsize bed measuring 160x200 cm, and 2 bedrooms each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 80x200 cm. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and toilet, complemented by a separate toilet. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available within the apartment for added convenience.

The apartment includes a comprehensive range of services and utilities to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Heating, electricity, and hot water are all included, as are the use of the washing machine and tumble dryer, a starting portion of coffee beans, and wood for the first firing. Bed linen, bathroom towels, and kitchen towels are provided as an initial supply, and final cleaning as well as the visitor's tax are also covered. 2 covered parking spaces in the garage are included for your use. A deposit fee of CHF/EUR 200.00 is to be paid directly in cash to the keyholder upon arrival. Please be aware that firewood is not included and is considered an additional expense. Pets are welcome at this property; however, in most properties only one pet, usually one dog, is permitted. Additional or different animals must be requested prior to booking. During the winter months, a 4-wheel drive vehicle or snow chains are strongly recommended to ensure safe access to the property.
