The property features 3 bedrooms, each individually furnished with a table, a personal safe, cable TV with radio, and 2 single beds measuring 90x200cm, along with a private shower and toilet, ensuring a high degree of privacy and comfort for every guest. The shared living and dining room flows naturally into a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a filter coffee machine, a fondue set, and a raclette set, inviting you to enjoy authentic Swiss culinary traditions during your stay. The apartment is offered on an all-inclusive basis covering electricity, heating, water, use of the washing machine and tumble dryer located in the shared laundry room, parking, WiFi, kitchen and bathroom towels, bed linen as an initial supply, the baby cot measuring 60x120cm excluding bed linen, final cleaning, and the local visitor's tax. The only item not included in this arrangement is filter coffee. A security deposit of CHF/EUR 300.00 is required and must be paid directly in cash to the keyholder upon arrival. Please be aware that pets are not permitted at this property.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
