Spanning 80 square metres and situated on the lower ground floor of a residential building constructed in 2001, the apartment accommodates guests across 4 bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with a table, a personal safe, cable TV with radio, and 2 single beds measuring 90x200cm, along with a private shower and WC. The shared living and dining room provides a welcoming communal space, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee machine and a fondue-raclette set, adding a distinctly Alpine character to your stay. Staying connected is effortless thanks to the included WiFi, ensuring you remain online throughout your visit. A baby cot measuring 60x120cm, excluding bed linen, is also available upon request. The rental price includes electricity, heating, water, parking, kitchen and bathroom towels, an initial supply of bed linen, final cleaning, and visitor's tax.

A deposit of CHF/EUR 300.00 is required and must be paid directly in cash to the keyholder upon arrival. Pets are not permitted at this property.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
