The apartment features an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a filter coffee machine, a fondue set, and a raclette set, ensuring you have everything needed for a comfortable stay. The living room is furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90x200 cm, a flat-screen TV, a radio, and a telephone. An adjoining room situated under the roof slant provides additional sleeping accommodation with 1 single bed measuring 90x190 cm and 1 king-size bed measuring 140x200 cm. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and toilet. A baby cot measuring 68x105 cm, complete with bed linen, as well as a highchair are available upon request. The rental rate includes electricity, heating, water, parking, highchair use, bed linen, filter coffee, kitchen and bathroom towels as an initial supply, final cleaning, and the local visitor's tax.

Pets are not permitted under any circumstances.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
