The living room is furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90x200 cm, a flat-screen TV, a radio, and a telephone. An adjoining room situated under the roof slant provides additional sleeping accommodation with 1 single bed measuring 90x190 cm and 1 king-size bed measuring 140x200 cm. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and toilet. A baby cot measuring 68x105 cm, complete with bed linen, as well as a highchair are available upon request. The rental rate includes electricity, heating, water, parking, highchair use, bed linen, filter coffee, kitchen and bathroom towels as an initial supply, final cleaning, and the local visitor's tax.
