The living and dining area is spacious and welcoming, centered around an open-hearth fireplace and equipped with cable TV and a flat-screen television. The kitchen and living room are combined into a single convivial space, fitted with an oven, a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set including both chinoise and cheese options. The bathroom features a shower and WC, with a separate additional WC also available. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
