The second bedroom is fitted with 2 separate beds of 90x200cm each and 2 wall cupboards. The third bedroom offers 2 separate beds measuring 80x200cm, which can also be configured as a double bed, along with 1 desk and 2 wall cupboards, as well as direct access to the bathroom. The property features 2 bathrooms, one equipped with a bathtub and toilet, and the other with a rain shower and toilet. The spacious living room is elegantly furnished with a couch, armchair, leather-covered bench and chairs, and is equipped with a large flat-screen 3D LCD television, a home cinema system, DVD player, stereo system, digital cable connection with HDTV channels, and music playback via iPod. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other appliances, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, and a fondue-raclette set. A baby cot measuring 60x120cm, complete with bed linen, and a highchair are also available for families travelling with young children. Wireless internet via Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, ensuring guests remain connected throughout their stay. The inclusive package covers electricity, heating, hot water, parking, garage use, washing machine, tumble dryer, Wi-Fi, the baby cot with bed linen, highchair, filter coffee and Nespresso coffee capsules, bed linen, an initial supply of bathroom and kitchen towels, final cleaning, and the visitor's tax.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of a building with several apartments and benefits from a very quiet residential setting. Guests have access to 1 heated garage space and 1 uncovered parking space, both included in the rental. A shared laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer is available for common use and is also included. Telephone calls are not included in the rental price and are to be paid directly to the keyholders. A deposit of CHF/EUR 300.00 is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash directly to the keyholder. Pets are not permitted at this property.
