The rental includes a comprehensive range of services and utilities, covering electricity, heating, water, parking, kitchen and bathroom towels, an initial supply of bed linen, the use of the baby cot measuring 60x120cm excluding bed linen, final cleaning, and the local visitor's tax. A shared laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer is available for common use within the building. Please be aware that a deposit of CHF/EUR 300.00 is required to be paid directly in cash to the keyholder upon arrival. Pets are not permitted at this property.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
