On the main level, the open living and dining room extends over 30 m2 and leads directly onto a west-facing balcony, offering marvellous views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside. The first bedroom on this floor is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length. A bathroom with bath and WC is also located on this floor.

The upper floor features an open gallery area with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a shower and WC. It is important to note that some sleeping areas, including the gallery, are situated in open-plan spaces rather than enclosed rooms. The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped, and the balcony is furnished and accessible from the living area.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
