The property sits just 30 metres from the shores of Lake Pääjärvi, a stunning body of water stretching 16.5 km in length and 2.7 km in width, known for its shallow, hard sand and stone bottom. The chalet features a well-appointed kitchen and dining area, a welcoming living room, and a total of 3 bedrooms. The first 2 bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, while the third bedroom offers 2 single beds. A sleeping loft provides 3 additional beds, making the property ideal for families or groups. The interior is completed by a washroom with WC and an entrance hall, ensuring a comfortable and practical stay throughout your time in this beautiful Finnish retreat.

The outdoor spaces of this lakeside chalet are designed to make the most of the stunning natural surroundings. 2 terraces are available for your enjoyment, both furnished with patio furniture set on tiles, offering ideal spots for outdoor dining, relaxing, and taking in the serene views of the surrounding landscape. The property includes its own private boat, granting you direct access to the waters of Lake Pääjärvi for fishing, rowing, or simply exploring the lake at your leisure. The lakeshore sauna, situated just 20 metres from the main chalet, is a true highlight of the outdoor experience. This spacious sauna building is heated by a traditional wood-burning stove and includes a washroom and a shower available during the summer months. An open porch adjoins the sauna building, providing a perfect space to cool down and enjoy the fresh Finnish air between sauna sessions. The sauna also features a spacious fireplace room, which can serve as an alternative sleeping area with 2 extra beds, adding further flexibility to the accommodation.

Other Information

The maximum number of guests permitted for any reservation is 9 people. Guests are kindly reminded that the shower in the lakeshore sauna building is available during the summer season only. The sauna is heated with a traditional wood-burning stove, in keeping with authentic Finnish sauna culture.
