The property is equipped with air-conditioning and 2 televisions, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the seasons. Wireless Internet Wi-Fi connectivity is available, allowing you to stay connected while enjoying the serene natural surroundings. The cottage accommodates guests with a garage and storage building, with 1 car space in the garage reserved exclusively for those renting the cottage.

The outdoor spaces of this property are truly exceptional, set directly along the River Tainionvirta, a waterway stretching 30 km in length and 0.02 km in width, with the shoreline just 15 m from the cottage. The riverbank features a deep mud shore and 2 jetties, and an own boat is available for guests to explore the water at their leisure. A separate log-built riverside sauna building, constructed in 2005 and spanning 20 m², stands just 30 m from the swimming shore. This dedicated sauna facility includes a sauna room, a washroom with a shower cubicle and WC, and a room with a fireplace that is equipped with a mini-kitchen, a heat-storing fireplace, and a television, creating a wonderfully cosy riverside retreat. The jetty adjacent to the sauna building reaches a depth of 2 m at its end, making it ideal for swimming. For outdoor cooking and dining, both a wood-fired grill and a gas grill are available, perfect for enjoying meals in the open air while taking in the beautiful riverside scenery.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
