"Chalet La Poya" is a beautifully appointed 4-room chalet spanning 110 m2, designed to welcome up to 6 guests across a thoughtfully arranged interior. The property features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, distributed over multiple levels to offer both comfort and privacy. On the main level, the living and dining room serves as the heart of the chalet, complete with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, a flat-screen television, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player, with direct access to the terrace. The fully open kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. A separate WC is also available on this level. On the lower ground floor, 1 room features a double bed and a satellite TV, with its own exit to the terrace. An open small alcove with a curtain accommodates 1 set of bunk beds (1 x 2) and also provides access to the terrace. A further room on this floor is fitted with a French bed. The bathroom on this level includes a bath, shower, and WC. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, including the alcove, are located in an open-plan setting rather than enclosed bedrooms. The chalet offers a marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the surrounding countryside.
