"Mont Verd" is a beautifully renovated vacation rental spread across 2 levels, offering 166 m2 of bright and spacious living space with modern furnishings throughout. The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus an additional separate WC.

On the main level, you will find an open-plan living and dining room filled with natural light, equipped with a digital TV and climate control systems. The fully fitted open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this living space. A separate WC is also located on this floor. Direct access from the living area leads out to a terrace, offering stunning views of the mountains.

On the lower ground floor, the sleeping quarters are thoughtfully arranged across 3 rooms. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with its own private bathroom with a bath and WC. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third bedroom mirrors this configuration, also featuring 2 single beds of the same dimensions. A shared shower room with WC and a double hand-basin serves the second and third bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms on the lower ground floor benefit from individual air conditioning and forced-air heating. A large terrace is accessible from this level, complete with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, framing exceptional views of the surrounding mountains.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
