Any additional or different animals must be requested prior to booking, and the pet fee is to be paid directly to the keyholder. A security deposit of CHF/EUR 200.00 is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash directly to the keyholder at check-in. Certain items and services fall outside the scope of the inclusive package, including telephone calls, capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine, and filter coffee. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
