The main level welcomes you with a spacious and elegantly furnished living and dining area featuring a panoramic window that floods the space with natural light and showcases the surrounding mountain scenery. A Scandinavian wood stove adds warmth and character to the room, which is also equipped with a hi-fi system and DVD player. The open-plan kitchen is fully fitted and connects seamlessly to the living area. A separate WC is also located on this floor. From the main level, you have direct access to both a balcony and a terrace, perfect for enjoying the alpine surroundings.

On the lower ground floor, the sleeping quarters are thoughtfully arranged across 3 private rooms. The first bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and offers direct access to the garden and terrace. The second bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with access to the garden and terrace, and is served by a shower and WC. The third bedroom features a French bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm by 200 cm, and is served by a full bath and WC.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
