This level also provides direct access to one of the 2 large terraces. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, includes 1 room with a double sofabed of 140 cm and 1 double bedroom. Also situated on the upper floor is a spacious living and dining room, equally graced with a panoramic window that frames marvellous views of the lake and the mountains, as well as a second exit to the terrace. A fully equipped kitchenette on this level features 4 hot plates, an oven, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC complete the upper floor. Please note that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 floors, and access between levels is via the exterior staircase.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
