The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, thoughtfully distributed across a well-designed floor plan. The spacious open-plan living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment, furnished with a sofabed, a dining table, a dining nook, and direct access to one of the 2 balconies. The first bedroom is a double room with characterful sloping ceilings, equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom is a children's room, also featuring sloping ceilings, and is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom includes a bath and WC. Both balconies are furnished with terrace furniture, deck chairs for 2 guests, and a comfortable sitting area, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, the valley, the countryside, and the Vierwaldstättersee.

The apartment is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a grill, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. The living area features a Scandinavian wood stove that serves as the fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, and heating is available throughout the apartment to ensure year-round comfort. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
