The spacious open-plan living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment, furnished with a sofabed, a dining table, a dining nook, and direct access to one of the 2 balconies. The first bedroom is a double room with characterful sloping ceilings, equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom is a children's room, also featuring sloping ceilings, and is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom includes a bath and WC. Both balconies are furnished with terrace furniture, deck chairs for 2 guests, and a comfortable sitting area, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, the valley, the countryside, and the Vierwaldstättersee.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
