The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining nook as well as a dining table seating all 8 guests, making it ideal for shared meals. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities.

The upper floor hosts all 4 bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms, bringing the total to 3 bathrooms throughout the property. The first bedroom measures 13 m2 and is furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the 8 m2 balcony. The second bedroom covers 10 m2 and features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom spans 12 m2 and contains 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
