This vacation rental is a thoughtfully arranged 4-room apartment spanning 105 m2 across 2 levels, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, the entrance hall features a sofabed and provides direct access to the garden, creating a welcoming and versatile living space. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining nook as well as a dining table seating all 8 guests, making it ideal for shared meals. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities.

The upper floor hosts all 4 bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms, bringing the total to 3 bathrooms throughout the property. The first bedroom measures 13 m2 and is furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the 8 m2 balcony. The second bedroom covers 10 m2 and features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom spans 12 m2 and contains 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The fourth bedroom also measures 10 m2 and is equally equipped with 2 single beds of the same dimensions. The upper floor is served by a shower and WC as well as a separate bathroom featuring a bath, shower, and WC.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
