Originally built in 1986 and fully renovated inside during the summer of 2025, the property seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern comfort, accommodating up to 10 guests across its thoughtfully arranged living spaces. The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious and light-filled living area centered around a heat-retaining fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped and designed to meet the needs of larger groups, making communal meals a pleasure. Also on the ground floor, you will find 2 generously sized bedrooms, each offering ample closet space. The first features a 160 cm wide double bed and its own private WC, while the second is furnished with 2 separate 80 cm wide beds. Both ground floor bedrooms can accommodate a small travel cot for younger guests, and 1 travel cot complete with a baby pillow is included among the cottage's equipment. A dedicated sauna area with a bathroom, dressing room, and a separate WC completes the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, a third bedroom provides 2 separate 90 cm wide beds, while a long loft space offers 4 additional separate beds alongside a comfortable seating area. A baby gate is fitted at the top of the loft staircase for added peace of mind. The villa is equipped with Internet Wifi throughout, ensuring you remain connected during your stay.

Covered terraces are located at both ends of the cottage at ground level, offering sheltered spaces to relax and take in the peaceful forest atmosphere. On the upper level, covered balconies are situated at both ends of the property, extending your outdoor living space and offering elevated perspectives of the surrounding woodland. At the front of the cottage, a dedicated outdoor storage room provides convenient space for skis and sleds, and a supply of firewood is also kept there, ready for use in the heat-retaining fireplace indoors.

The vibrant center of Levi is reachable on foot in less than 20 minutes, offering a full range of restaurants, shops, and leisure facilities, while the skibus from the center back to the cottage takes only 5 minutes, making it effortless to enjoy everything the resort has to offer.
