The main living space combines a comfortable living room and kitchen, which includes 2 beds, while a separate bedroom features a double bed. A sleeping loft of 8 square metres, with a ceiling height of 160 centimetres at the centre of the room, provides 2 additional beds, making it a wonderfully cosy retreat for families or small groups. The cottage is equipped with a sauna, a washroom with toilet, and a vestibule, ensuring all essential comforts are met throughout your stay.

The cottage sits just 30 metres from the shores of Lake Kaukuanjärvi, a stunning natural lake stretching 9 kilometres in length and 1 kilometre in width, featuring a shallow, hard sandy bottom that is ideal for safe and leisurely swimming. A private boat is available for guests, inviting you to explore the calm waters at your own pace and fully immerse yourself in the surrounding natural landscape. The outdoor area is thoughtfully equipped with a traditional campfire site, perfect for gathering under the open sky during long summer evenings or crisp autumn nights. A dedicated grill hut on the yard area provides a sheltered and convivial space for outdoor cooking and dining, enhancing the rustic charm of your time spent in nature.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
