The cottage is equipped with 2 showers and 2 toilets, a washing room, a dressing room, and a sauna with an electric stove. Two open porches and two glazed porches complete the interior and transitional spaces of the main building. A carport is available on the property for convenient vehicle storage.

Lake Saimaa is located just 350 m from the cottage, featuring a shallow shoreline with a hard sand bottom. The shore is shared with the owner, who seldom makes use of it, ensuring a peaceful and private experience for guests. In addition to this shared access point, the property benefits from its own private beach, reachable by car in approximately 700 m or on foot via a walking path of 500 m. At this private beach, guests will find a jetty and a boat available for their use, opening up wonderful opportunities for fishing, rowing, and exploring the surrounding waters. A separate sauna building of 10 m² is situated on the grounds, equipped with electric lighting and a cold water pipe, offering an additional outdoor sauna experience. A smoke sauna is also available on the property by prior arrangement, providing a truly traditional Finnish bathing experience.

The separate outbuilding of 32 m² is available by arrangement and offers additional accommodation comprising a bedroom for 3 persons and a bedroom for 5 persons. The outbuilding is equipped with electric lighting, electric heating, and an electric WC, which is operational during summer time only. The smoke sauna on the property is available by arrangement and requires prior booking. Guests are kindly reminded that the outbuilding is an optional addition to the rental and is subject to a separate weekly supplement. The main cottage sauna is fitted with an electric stove, while the separate sauna building also operates on electric power. The property is well suited to guests travelling by car, with a carport available on site for sheltered parking.
