Outdoors

The outdoor setting of this lakeside cabin is truly exceptional, with Lake Syväri located just 15 metres from the property. The lake stretches an impressive 30 kilometres in length and 3 kilometres in width, and its shallow waters, firm sandy clay bottom, and calm character make it particularly well-suited for swimming and water-based leisure activities. A private boat is available for guests, inviting you to explore the vast expanse of the lake at your own pace. A covered grill shelter provides the perfect outdoor dining and socialising space, allowing you to enjoy the fresh Finnish air regardless of the weather. During the summer months, an additional separate cabin of 17 square metres is available by separate agreement, offering supplementary accommodation for 2 further guests. This additional cabin is equipped with electric lighting, heating, a refrigerator, a microwave, and drainage, and is intended exclusively for summer use.

Other Information

The property is rented exclusively to families or couples, and bookings from youth groups or fishing parties are not accepted. During the winter season, the maximum occupancy of the main cabin is 5 people. In summer, the total capacity can be extended to accommodate 2 additional guests through the rental of the separate cabin, which is available by prior arrangement and must be booked in advance. Parking arrangements and access details can be confirmed directly upon booking.

The cabin is situated 64 kilometres northeast of Kuopio, one of the major cities in the Lakeland region of Finland, placing you within reach of a wide range of urban amenities, cultural attractions, dining options, and transport connections while still enjoying the peace and seclusion of a rural lakeside setting.
