The property also includes a sauna with an electric stove, a bathroom with a shower, a WC, and a dressing room. A separate outbuilding, built in 2004 and spanning 16 square metres, is available for summer use and features 2 beds, electric heating, and electric lighting, along with a woodshed. Additionally, a separate summer sauna is located within the cottage yard, fitted with a wood-fired stove, a dressing room, and a sleeping sofa accommodating 2 persons.

The shared beach area features shallow and soft ground, ideal for gentle access to the water, though it is worth noting that deeper areas may have a muddy bottom and that water levels can vary. A private boat, registered under number 1920, is available for your use directly on the lake, allowing you to explore the expansive waters at your leisure. The main road number 4474 runs approximately 25 metres from the cottage, though it carries little traffic and a spruce hedge provides a natural screen between the road and the property, ensuring a sense of seclusion and privacy.

Other Information

The owner requires a deposit of 150 euros, to be paid in advance directly to her account prior to your stay. Please be aware that television reception in the area may be partially limited, and the SMART TV available in the cottage offers an alternative means of entertainment. The charging of electric and hybrid vehicles at the cottage is strictly prohibited. The separate summer sauna does not include a shower, and water must be carried from the main cottage, which is equipped with a faucet on its outer wall for this purpose. No safety jacket is provided with the boat, so guests are advised to make their own arrangements accordingly.
