Built in 1997, the cabin is positioned just 30 metres from the shores of Lake Niemisjärvi, a picturesque lake stretching 9 kilometres in length and 1.5 kilometres in breadth, renowned for its shallow, clear waters and firm sandy bottom. The property accommodates guests across two floors, offering a well-appointed kitchen, a welcoming living room, and a dressing room on the ground floor. The ground floor also features a bedroom with 2 beds, a washing room, and a traditional sauna, as well as an open veranda ideal for relaxing and taking in the surrounding landscape. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with 2 beds plus an additional 1 bed, a sleeping loft with 3 beds, and a balcony offering elevated views of the natural surroundings.
Outdoors
The outdoor spaces of this lakeside cabin are among its most remarkable features, inviting you to fully immerse yourself in the tranquil Finnish environment. The open veranda on the ground floor provides a comfortable space for outdoor relaxation, while the upstairs balcony offers a more elevated perspective over the surrounding woodland and lake scenery. The private jetty extends directly onto Lake Niemisjärvi, granting you easy access to the water for swimming, fishing, or simply enjoying the calm of the lake. A private boat is available for your use, allowing you to explore the full expanse of the lake at your leisure. A traditional lakeside sauna of 8 square metres is available for use during the summer season. Built in the 1970s, this authentic wood-heated sauna features a classic wood-burning stove, and water is carried directly from the lake and heated by wood, providing a genuinely traditional Finnish sauna experience in a setting of complete natural beauty.

A final cleaning service is required and must be ordered prior to your departure. Guests are kindly asked to ensure this is arranged in advance as part of the booking process.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
