A separate WC is also available on this level. The living room opens directly onto the roofed terrace of 40 m2, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation, while 2 additional terraces of 10 m2 each further extend the outdoor living space.

On the upper floor, you will find 3 bedrooms. 2 of these rooms are each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm, and both provide direct access to the terrace.
