In the courtyard of the villa, a dedicated barbecue hut is available for guest use and is included in the rental. From spring to autumn, a smoke sauna located approximately 10 meters from the villa and a wood-heated hot tub can be booked, both of which are heated by the owner. Please note that the smoke sauna and hot tub are not available during winter.

The ground floor of Ryytilänranta features a bedroom with 2 beds, the second of which is a motorized bed 120 cm wide, a living room complete with a fireplace and television, an electric stove sauna, a washroom, and a toilet. The middle floor houses a well-equipped kitchen alongside a combined dining and living area, a small bedroom with a double bed, as well as a toilet and shower. The third-floor loft offers a double bed, 2 single beds, 2 mattresses, and a cot, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups. The maximum occupancy of the villa is 8 guests. The use of the barbecue hut in the courtyard is included in the rental price. The smoke sauna and wood-heated hot tub are available as bookable additions from spring to autumn at an additional cost arranged with the owner, and are not in use during the winter season.
