Situated on the 1st floor of a typical old chalet, the apartment spans 35 square metres and is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 4 guests. The living and dining area is furnished with 2 armchairs, a dining table with chairs, and a flat-screen TV, creating a warm and inviting space to relax after a day in the mountains. A very small open-plan kitchenette is equipped with 2 hotplates, a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, and a fondue and raclette set, adding a delightful local touch to your stay. The sleeping arrangements include 1 double bed measuring 180x200cm, situated in a small room beside the living area and separated by a curtain within the pitch of the roof, along with 2 single beds measuring 90x200cm located on the gallery, accessible via small stairs without a handrail and not suitable for infants. A small cupboard and dresser complete the sleeping area. The bathroom is fitted with a toilet and shower. Wireless internet connectivity is available throughout the apartment, ensuring you remain connected throughout your stay. The rental includes electricity, heating, water, use of the washing machine and tumble dryer, WiFi, Nespresso capsules, filter coffee, kitchen and bathroom towels, bed linen as an initial supply, final cleaning, and visitor's tax.
