Nice farmhouse comprising 4 apartments quietly situated over the bay of Talamone, a small town south of the gorgeous “Uccellina Natural Preserve”. This entirely fenced-in property is only 1,5 km from the sea and it is surrounded by beautiful woods and fields. The property owners have a beach resort in Talamone and allow their guests the free use of sun-beds, sun-umbrellas and deck-chairs (this service is to be requested in advance).
All of the 4 units offer welcoming interiors furnished in a rustic style and provide a personal outdoor area.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Talamone with beaches and general stores 1,5 km away, Fonteblanda 3 km, Porto Santo Stefano (ferries for Giglio and Giannutri islands) 25 km, Grosseto (railway station) 30 km, Siena 105 km, Rome 155 km, Florence 170 km.
At guests’ disposal: personal furnished outdoor area for each unit, barbecue and bread oven. Laundry (washing-machine) available (free of charge).
Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: Baby bed available upon request (free of charge). Maid service by arrangement (€ 20,- / per hour to be paid on the spot).
